The short version
There is no exclusivity, posting quota, forced script, or requirement to give a positive review. Promote NimbusPulse honestly, disclose the commission relationship, and do not abuse the referral system. This summary does not replace the full terms below.
1. Scope and acceptance
These terms govern participation in the NimbusPulse Partner Program operated by Timm Ortloff ("NimbusPulse", "we", or "us"). They supplement the NimbusPulse Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Applying does not guarantee acceptance. If approved, you must review and accept the then-current terms before your referral link is activated. You must have the legal capacity to enter this agreement; where required, a legal guardian must accept for you.
2. The partnership
You participate as an independent partner, not as an employee, agent, or legal representative of NimbusPulse. You cannot make commitments on our behalf.
The program is non-exclusive. You keep editorial control and ownership of your content, and you are not required to publish a positive review. Within 30 days after activation, you must make at least one genuine, visible placement of your partner link and keep it available in at least one relevant location while actively promoting NimbusPulse. There is no continuing posting quota unless we separately agree to a paid campaign in writing.
3. Customer offer
A referred customer receives 25% off the first successful payment for their first eligible monthly NimbusPulse server. Hourly servers, add-ons, account credit, taxes, and other charges are excluded unless we expressly state otherwise.
The discount is limited to one qualifying use per customer, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined with another offer unless NimbusPulse allows it. Partners may not alter or promise additional discounts on our behalf.
4. Commission
For each valid referred customer, you earn 10% of the regular listed monthly server price on each of that customer’s first six successful eligible monthly payments. The customer’s first-payment discount does not reduce your commission. If the customer changes plans, commission is based on the regular price of the eligible plan paid for on that payment.
Canceling a server pauses the six-payment count. If the same customer later rents another eligible monthly server, counting resumes until six eligible payments have been used in total.
Commission is not earned on hourly servers, failed or free payments, taxes, fees, credits, refunds, chargebacks, disputed transactions, fraudulent activity, or your own purchases. We may move commission between pending, approved, and reversed states while the underlying payment is verified.
5. Referral attribution
Referrals are tracked through your personal nimbuspul.se/your-code link.
A customer must follow a valid partner link and complete their first eligible monthly
server purchase within 30 days. If multiple partner links are used, the most recent
valid partner link before purchase receives attribution.
Tracking can be affected by browser settings, deleted cookies, blockers, or a different device. We do not guarantee manual reassignment, but may correct a clear tracking error when reliable evidence is available.
6. Payouts and taxes
You may request a payout when your approved balance reaches 25€. Payout requests are normally processed within 6–10 business days after we receive a complete request. Verification, incorrect payment details, public holidays, or payment-provider reviews may cause a reasonable delay.
You must provide accurate payout, identity, invoice, and tax information where required. You are responsible for declaring and paying taxes arising from your commission. We may withhold amounts when legally required and will display any applicable payout fees before a request is confirmed.
7. Promotion and disclosure
Whenever you promote NimbusPulse, clearly disclose that you may earn commission. The disclosure must be easy to notice and understand, appear close to the recommendation or partner link, and comply with applicable law and the platform’s advertising rules. Where appropriate, video and livestream promotions should include the disclosure in the content as well as near the link.
A suitable disclosure is: “Partner link: You get 25% off your first monthly server, and I may earn a commission if you use my link.” Platform disclosure tools should be used in addition where available.
You must not:
- make false, outdated, or unverifiable claims about NimbusPulse;
- send spam or use bots, forced redirects, hidden tracking, or cookie stuffing;
- publish the offer on coupon or deal sites without written permission;
- bid on NimbusPulse names, misspellings, or trademarks in paid advertising;
- impersonate NimbusPulse or imply employment, endorsement, or authority you do not have;
- operate a sub-affiliate network or transfer your link or account; or
- generate self-referrals, fabricated transactions, or other artificial activity.
8. Brand and content
While you are an active partner, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use the official assets on our Brand Kit solely to promote NimbusPulse under this program. The Brand Kit rules form part of these terms. Logo and intro use is optional unless a separate campaign says otherwise.
Do not alter the assets, create confusingly similar branding, or imply that your channel is operated by NimbusPulse. You retain ownership of your content. Participation alone does not give NimbusPulse a right to repost or use your content; we will request separate permission if we want to do so.
9. Privacy and confidentiality
The dashboard may show anonymized referral and payment information. You may use it only to understand your program performance and must not attempt to identify, contact, or profile referred customers.
Non-public product, customer, security, financial, or program information identified as confidential must not be disclosed, except where required by law.
10. Changes to the program
We may change future discounts, commission, eligibility, or other program rules. For a material change, we will normally provide at least 30 days’ notice by email or through the dashboard. A shorter period may be necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or payment-provider reasons.
Changes do not reduce valid commission already earned before their effective date. If you do not accept a material change, you may leave the program before it takes effect.
11. Suspension and termination
Either party may end participation at any time. Where practical, we will give notice and a reasonable opportunity to correct an ordinary policy issue. We may immediately suspend tracking or payouts for suspected fraud, unlawful activity, serious disclosure failures, security risks, or material harm to NimbusPulse or its customers.
After termination, stop presenting yourself as an active partner and stop using partner- only assets. Valid approved commission remains payable; we may waive the 25€ minimum for a final payout. Commission connected to refunds, chargebacks, fraud, or a material breach may be reversed.
12. Liability
We do not guarantee any minimum traffic, conversions, commission, or uninterrupted availability of the program or tracking. Each party remains responsible for its own content, conduct, legal compliance, and breaches of these terms.
The liability rules in the NimbusPulse Terms of Service apply to the extent legally permitted. Mandatory liability, including for intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, body, or health, remains unaffected.
13. Governing law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory protections and statutory jurisdiction rules remain unaffected. For partners acting as merchants, the place of jurisdiction is the NimbusPulse operator’s registered office where legally permitted.
