NimbusPulse Is Fully Released

NimbusPulse is now fully released.

What started as a way to make DCS server hosting easier has grown into a platform that has now managed more than 1,500 servers during beta. With the full release, we’re opening the next chapter with more automation, better server management tools, and a more polished experience across the board.

If you’ve been with us during alpha or beta, thank you. Your feedback helped shape the platform into something much more practical, stable, and easier to use. If you’re new here, this release is the best version of NimbusPulse yet.

What’s New Since Beta

Since open beta, we’ve focused on the features that make day-to-day server management smoother: better automation, better file handling, stronger tooling, and a lot of work on stability and usability.

Scheduled Tasks

Scheduled tasks let you automate routine server actions without having to babysit your instance. You can schedule actions with cron-style timing, whether you want hourly checks, daily maintenance, weekly resets, or monthly routines.

This is especially useful for server restarts, recurring messages, and other standard maintenance tasks. We also provide templates for common restart scenarios, so most setups only take a few clicks.

All monthly rented servers come with a default restart task configured by region:

• US servers: 10:00 UTC
• DE servers: 04:00 UTC

Full Browser-Based File Manager

Our file manager has grown from a basic utility into a much more complete tool for managing server files directly in the browser. You can upload files and folders in batches, edit files without leaving the Control Panel, and handle more of your workflow in one place.

If you prefer working over FTP, that still stays fully supported. For everyone else, the new file manager removes a lot of friction from everyday administration.

The file manager is also available through our API.

WebConsole Support

We’ve also added support for WebConsole Lua Scripting, giving server operators a simple way to execute Lua code from the web.

On top of the original script, we’ve integrated it into NimbusPulse with a dedicated Control Panel interface. Once installed, you get a browser-based WebConsole with syntax highlighting, execution logs, and result tracking that makes testing and debugging much easier.

For users who want to build on top of it, WebConsole also exposes an API for executing Lua code from external sources.

Stability, Polish, and Platform Improvements

Not every improvement fits neatly into a feature headline. A large part of the work leading up to this release has gone into making the platform more reliable, more consistent, and easier to use.

Over the last few months, we’ve reworked a number of areas across the platform to improve stability, performance, and the overall management flow. The result is a cleaner experience that should feel more dependable whether you’re spinning up a fresh server or managing an established one.

Coming Soon: Server Donations

One of the most requested features from the community is server donations, and it’s coming shortly after this release.

The goal is simple: give server owners a built-in way to let their communities help cover server costs and extend server lifetime. It’s an important feature, and we want to make sure we get it right before rolling it out.

We’ll share a separate announcement as soon as it goes live.
